Is it us?

I meant to blog about this before but I didn't and now it has become even more noteworthy.

So, imagine that we live a townhouse and the townhouses are in rows of five houses. It would look something like this:

House #1, House #2, House #3, House #4, House #5, BIG GAP, House #6, House #7, House #8, House #9, House #10, BIG GAP, House #11, etc.

Okay. Now, our house would be House #4. When we were buying ours, House #2 was also for sale but it was For Sale By Owner so, you know how that goes. About a month? ago, the owners finally gave up and rented it. So that sign is down.

Then, just before we went on vacation, House #5 put up their For Sale By Owner sign. The NEXT DAY (okay, maybe two days later), House #3 put their For Sale sign up (but they're using an agent). And we're right in the middle.

Today, House #6 put their For Sale sign up! (And keep in mind, they're still building lots of new townhouses across the street from us.)
